Des Moines Heat owner
Russel Baugh decided not to play in the IBL 2005 season. Russ will
not be moving the team forward into 2006. The IBL may seek an owner
in Des Moines at some point in the future, but at this time there
is not an IBL team in Des Moines.

2006 All-Star Game and Tournament
Twenty-two IBL teams will be invited to All-Star Game & Championship Tournament to be held in Elkhart, IN starting on July 13th and ending on July 16th. IBL teams will also enter one participant
in both the Three-Point Contest and the Slam Dunk Contest.
